The terms on which 9Darts is provided: what you may use it for, what is left to you, and what is not promised.

- Your games are on your phone and nowhere else, so export them before you switch phones.
- It is one person’s app, and nothing promises it stays online — the online duel least of all.
- Slovak law applies, and your rights as a consumer in the EU stay yours.
By using 9Darts you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What you get
Permission to use the app for scoring and practising darts, for as long as it is available. It is provided as it is: it is a scorer, and it is on you to check that the score is right before anybody wins money on it.
Your data
Your games live on your phone, and that means their safety is in your hands. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and there is no backup on a server to fall back on. Settings has an export — use it before switching phones.
What is not promised
This is a small app run by one person. It may go offline, change, or stop being developed. The online duel in particular depends on a server that is not guaranteed to be there. Nothing here is fit for anything beyond scoring a game of darts, and liability is limited to what the law does not let me exclude.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
Which law
Slovak law applies, and nothing here removes the rights a consumer in the EU has whatever a document like this says. Questions: richardkollar@tutanota.com.
Which language
These terms are written in English and translated into every language this site is in. Where a translation and the English say different things, the English prevails — unless the law where you live gives you the right to rely on the version in your own language, in which case you may.
