Terms of use
The terms on which nine dart club is provided, including what Premium is and what it is not.
Last updated: 2026-09-17
Open the appBy using nine dart club you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What you get
Permission to use the app for scoring and practising darts, for as long as it is available. It is provided as it is: it is a scorer, and it is on you to check that the score is right before anybody wins money on it.
Premium
Premium is a one-time purchase that removes the ads on the device where the key is entered, and lets you turn on sync — a copy of your finished games on the server, reachable by a code your phone makes. It adds no game features and withholds none.
- The key is yours. It works on your phones, and it keeps working after a reset or on a replacement phone.
- Sharing it publicly is the one thing that can lose it: a key that turns up in circulation may be withdrawn.
- A refunded or charged-back purchase means the key stops working, usually within a week.
Your data
Your games live on your phone, and that means their safety is in your hands. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and unless sync is on no copy exists anywhere else. Settings has an export — use it before switching phones. If sync is on, the copy on the server is reachable only by its code, and a lost code cannot be recovered by anybody; the server is run with care but with no promise of being there forever, so the export is still the copy to trust.
What is not promised
This is a small app run by one person. It may go offline, change, or stop being developed. The online duel in particular depends on a server that is not guaranteed to be there. Nothing here is fit for anything beyond scoring a game of darts, and liability is limited to what the law does not let me exclude.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
Which law
Slovak law applies, and nothing here removes the rights a consumer in the EU has whatever a document like this says. Questions: richardkollar@tutanota.com.
